40 memories to make with your kids

I don’t know about you – but one of my goals as a parent is to give my kids the best childhood I possibly can.

For each family that childhood may look different, but the one constant thing is that we want our kids to have good memories of growing up. We want them to have memories that make them laugh all those years later, that bring tears to their eyes and that remind them of how much they are loved.

As a mum, watching myΒ kids grow up brings such mixed emotions β€” I’m excited about all the new things that they will learn and experience – but myΒ mummyΒ heart wants them to stay little for just a little while longer.

40. Be present.

No matter how many activities you do together if you aren’t present and engaging in the moment the memories just won’t be the same. The best gift you can give to your kids is being present and enjoying being with them.

What favourite memories do you have from your childhood? How do you intentionally unite your family? Β Do you have family dates?

I’d love to hear about your family’s favorite ways to stay connected!
